How Coaching Works

Step 1 – Discovery Conversation: We start with a 30-minute conversation to understand your context, goals, and expectations, and to see if we are a good fit.
 

Step 2 – Clarity & Design: Based on our conversation, I share a proposed coaching plan – focus areas, duration, frequency, and investment.

 

Step 3 – Coaching Engagement: We meet regularly (usually every 2–3 weeks) for deep, reflective conversations, supported by exercises, experiments, and check-ins between sessions.
 

Step 4 – Integration & Next Level: We review progress, capture key shifts, and identify how you will sustain and build on your growth beyond the engagement.
